AUTOTHERM-intensive-cooling-chambers are constructed for cooling hot-smoked, cooked or baked meat and sausage products as well as ready-to-serve-meals. Accelerated cooling in intensive-cooling-chambers has major advantages over the slower cooling process in a normal cooling-chamber.
