AUTOTHERM – Wood-Chip-Smoke-Generator AWS 1; AWS 2; AWS 3

Wood-chip-smoke-generators can be utilised equally well for hot-smoking as well as cold-smoking. They are therefore well suited for Universal-Chambers. Coarse wood-chips are ignited in a bed by a heating rod.
Continuous air conduction holds the gleaming-process upright. An agitator disposes the ashes and provides new wood chips. The smoke intensity can be regulated by adjusting the stirring-intervals. Therefore, intense smoke can be produced which gives your products an aromatic flavour and strong colour.
